Overseeing the tasks, activities, and processes, involves maintaining a consistent and high standard which has been implemented by a formalized system entailing documentation of procedures and policies to provide a framework for achieving quality policies and objectives along with improving the efficiency of processes.

In line with the requirements and outlines of ISO 9001:2005, quality planning, assurance, control and improvement are meticulously carried out at the institute, handing in a comprehensive Total Quality Management implementation along with a complete and comprehensive audit.
