This facility enjoys a diverse community comprising aspirational specialized groups, mainly focused on energy related areas such as green and renewable domains. To this end, forming a general partnership is sought based on mutually beneficial business relationships with the purpose of overseeing, managing, and facilitating the business functions outlined in the terms of agreement in accordance with the laws of the state. A collaboration agreement is intended to serve as a legally binding contract governing the terms of such relationship. The partnership shall begin on the effective date and last for the term of duration.

The terms of agreement shall detail the goals and objectives that the parties hope to accomplish collectively, including (but not be limited to) the purpose, joint decisions, confidentiality, funding, profits and proceeds, ownership of intellectual property, insurance, and termination.
