Ferdowsi University of Mashhad Sun-Air Research Institute was established in October 2010 under the supervision of Dr. Ahad Zabet, Associate Professor of Metallurgy at Ferdowsi University. Sun-Air Research Institute is a demand-driven research institute in the field of renewable energy that moves towards creativity, innovation and the current needs of society. The vision of this research institute is to become a reference research institute encompassing advanced technologies in the field of energy in the country and region for the realization of a carbon-free future. Our mission includes pursuing applied research in the field of energy with the aim of economic and environmental sustainability of the country, providing innovative solutions from material extraction to system integration, development and dissemination of knowledge and training of specialized human resources.
